Review, approve, and revise

The review center combines deterministic findings, continuity and mystery audits, and structured reader-persona reactions. Every item includes evidence, severity, expected reader impact, and a recommended action.

Low-risk technical corrections may be applied with a visible revision and rollback point. Canon retcons, outline changes, identity or death changes, major character-arc changes, research admission, and gate waivers require explicit author approval.

Rejecting a proposal leaves canon unchanged. Approving it records the author rationale and the resulting event. Resolve the originating finding only after re-audit confirms the issue is gone.
